Intitating a Return:
To initiate a return, follow these steps: 1. Ensure all return eligibility conditions listed in the returns policy are met.. 2. Submit your request for return to Admin@mazonkiki.com With "Return Request" in the subject line. 3. Once the return is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Form with an Authorization number (RA#) by email. Print this form and include it in the original product box.
Shipping for Returns:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrectly processed by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
