How to return products
We want to make returns as simple as possible while protecting product quality and minimizing unnecessary shipping. Please review the steps below to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
1. Check Return Eligibility
Before initiating a return, please ensure your item meets our Returns & Refunds Policy. We accept returns for:
Items that don’t fit
Damaged or defective products
Incorrect items received
Items must be returned in unused, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
2. Request a Return Authorization (RA)
To initiate a return:

Include your order number and reason for return

If your item is defective or incorrect, please attach a clear photo of the issue
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Form (RA#) by email. Print this form and include it inside the return package.
⚠️ Do not send back items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
3. Ship Your Return
Unless your item is damaged or incorrect:

Return shipping is at your own expense

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We recommend:

Using a trackable shipping method

Purchasing shipping insurance, especially for higher-value items
You will be given our designated returns address (typically via a U.S.-based returns service like MyUS) after your return is approved.
4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider

During busy periods, refunds may take up to 10 business days from the date of receipt
