How to return products

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility:
Items must be shipped for return or exchange within 15 days of the date of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured method for shipping returns. We are not responsible for items sent but not received.

2. International Returns:
Due to our international customer base, the process for returns may vary by country. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at for specific instructions based on your location.

3. Reporting Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrectly processed product, please email us at with detailed pictures of the product showing the defect or error, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Please refer to point 2 above.

4. Shipping for Returns:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrectly processed by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned or exchanged item.

5. Receipt and Processing of Returns:
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your return will be processed, and a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
