Shipping Policy

Mazonkiki ships from our Calgary, Alberta warehouse to customers in Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.

We currently ship only to these destinations. We add a country only once we can explain clearly how duties and import taxes are handled there, so there are no surprises. Additional destinations may be added as this becomes possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping within Canada is free on all orders (3-5 business days).

For international orders, shipping to Australia and New Zealand is a flat US$20, shipping to Singapore is a flat US$16, and shipping to the United Arab Emirates is a flat US$24. Shipping to the United States is calculated by order value. Orders to Australia and New Zealand are limited to a value of US$550 per order; for a larger purchase, please place separate orders.

United States: shipping is shown at checkout as Standard Shipping - Duties & Taxes Included. This rate covers carrier shipping plus customs duties and import taxes, so there is nothing further to pay when your package arrives.

Australia and New Zealand: shipping is shown at checkout as Standard Shipping - Duties & Taxes Included, with nothing further to pay when your package arrives. To keep it that way, each order to Australia or New Zealand is limited to US$550.

Singapore and the United Arab Emirates: shipping is shown at checkout as Standard Shipping - Import Duties & Taxes Payable on Delivery. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country (such as GST or VAT), together with any courier clearance fee, are payable by you to the courier on delivery.

On international orders, Mazonkiki absorbs a significant part of the true shipping cost, so the rate you pay at checkout reflects only part of what it costs us to ship your order.

The order value used for these rates is based on the sale price of the items in your cart before any applicable taxes, duties, import charges, or additional fees.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed in less than 2 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be longer during busy periods, product launches, promotions, holidays, warehouse transitions, or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, and shipping service selected, and may be affected by customs processing, weather, labour disruptions, incorrect addresses, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

For orders to the United States, applicable customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are covered by the shipping charge shown at checkout, so there should be no additional charges or courier collection when your package arrives. The same applies to orders to Australia and New Zealand, which are limited to US$550 per order.

For orders to Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, any import duties, taxes (such as GST or VAT) and courier clearance fees charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility and are payable to the courier on delivery.

Mazonkiki is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processing or import inspections.

Countries We Don't Currently Ship To

We intentionally limit international shipping to destinations where we can explain clearly how duties and taxes are handled. If your country isn't listed above, we're not yet able to ship there. We hope to expand this list over time.
