Shipping Policy

Mazonkiki ships from our Calgary, Alberta warehouse to customers in Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.

We currently ship only to these destinations. This is a deliberate choice: we only add a country once we can calculate and collect duties and taxes clearly at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. Additional destinations may be added as this becomes possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping within Canada is free on all orders (3-5 business days).

For international orders (United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates), shipping is calculated by order value and shown at checkout as Standard Shipping - Duties & Taxes Included. This rate includes carrier shipping plus all applicable customs duties and import taxes, calculated using Shopify's Landed Cost system, so nothing further is owed when your package arrives.

Mazonkiki subsidizes approximately 50% of the true combined shipping and duty cost on international orders, so the rate you pay at checkout reflects only part of what it actually costs us to ship and clear your order through customs.

The order value used for these rates is based on the sale price of the items in your cart before any applicable taxes, duties, import charges, or additional fees.

Order Processing Times

Orders are normally processed within 2-4 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be longer during busy periods, product launches, promotions, holidays, warehouse transitions, or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, and shipping service selected, and may be affected by customs processing, weather, labour disruptions, incorrect addresses, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

For all international orders, applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are calculated and collected upfront at checkout as part of your order total. There should be no additional charges, customs fees, or courier collection required when your package arrives.

Mazonkiki is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processing or import inspections.

Countries We Don't Currently Ship To

We intentionally limit international shipping to destinations where duties and taxes can be calculated and collected clearly at checkout. If your country isn't listed above, we're not yet able to offer a duty structure that avoids surprise charges on delivery. We hope to expand this list over time.
