Reporting Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrectly processed product, please email us at with detailed pictures of the product showing the defect or error, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns Eligibility
Items purchased from may be returned for a refund under the following conditions:
- Goods are returned within 14 days of date of receipt (returns outside of this period are subject to Mazonkiki's discretion).
- Proof of purchase is provided (transactional receipt or invoice).
- Items are in their original condition, including:
- Intact tags.
- Original packaging.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed. 

- Items marked as FINAL SALE - NO EXCHANGES - NO RETURNS are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances

Faulty Returns
Faulty returns are assessed at the sole discretion of MAZONKIKI and must meet the following criteria:
- Minor faults: We may opt to repair the product.
- Major faults: You may choose to receive a replacement product or a refund of the original purchase amount.
- Items will be refunded if they are considered faulty, have a manufacturing fault, or vary significantly from the MAZONKIKI description and/or images. MAZONKIKI will not offer return or repair for items damaged due to wear or incorrect care.

Shipping for Returns:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrectly processed by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned or exchanged item.

This Policy may be amended from time to time by MAZONKIKI without prior notice. Your continued purchase from us following any amendments will be deemed acceptance of those amendments. Please review MAZONKIKI’s current Terms before making any purchase, as our agents, employees, and third parties do not have authority to change the Terms.
