Online Shopping

While we make every effort to provide accurate details, prices and product information, please note that variations may occur. We aim to depict products as accurately as possible but differences may arise based on individual monitor settings and the handcrafted nature of our products. Each piece is produced in small batches and minor variations are a natural characteristic of artisan-made goods, not a defect. If you are dissatisfied with a delivered product please refer to our Returns Policy.

Orders

We reserve the right to accept or reject orders for various reasons including product availability, pricing errors, fraud flags or incomplete purchaser details. A binding agreement between you and Mazonkiki.com is formed once we confirm acceptance of your order. For any order-related assistance please contact us at admin@mazonkiki.com. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Product Availability

Mazonkiki products are produced in small limited edition batches. Stock quantities may not be updated in real-time, which may lead to occasional discrepancies. In the event of a sold-out item we will notify you within 2 business days and offer a full refund, store credit or suitable replacement where available. We reserve the right to limit product quantities.

Variation of Products and Price

Product prices on Mazonkiki.com may change without prior notice until full payment is received. Once your order is confirmed, price changes will not affect it.

Payment

Mazonkiki.com accepts payment in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and United States Dollars (USD). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods via Shopify Payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We reserve the right to modify accepted payment methods without notice and may cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity. Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and you agree to their terms and conditions.

Title

Title to products remains with Mazonkiki.com until full payment is received. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery, which is defined as the point at which the product is received by you or your nominated recipient.

Tax

Applicable Canadian taxes will be applied to domestic orders at checkout. For international orders the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees imposed by the government of their destination country. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

Delivery

All orders are fulfilled from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on delivery destinations, procedures and estimated timelines. We strive to ensure timely delivery but are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel an order please contact us at admin@mazonkiki.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made within 2 hours of placing your order and before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for assistance after delivery.

Copyright, Trademarks and Ownership of Rights

All intellectual property rights on Mazonkiki.com, including text, images, photography, logos and designs, belong to us or are licensed to us. Kiki's photographic works and designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Mazonkiki. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

Returns and Consumer Rights

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full information regarding returns, refunds and exchanges. Your statutory rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection law are not affected by these terms.

Limitation of Liability
