Returns Eligibility
Items purchased from Mazonkiki.com may be returned for a refund or credit under the following conditions:
- Goods are returned within 14 days (returns outside of this period are subject to Mazonkiki's discretion).
- Proof of purchase is provided (transactional receipt or invoice).
- Items are not marked as FINAL SALE.
- Items are in their original condition, including:
- Intact tags.
- Original packaging.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed. 

Final Sale Items
Items marked as FINAL SALE - NO EXCHANGES - NO RETURNS are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

How to Initiate a Return.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. Ensure all return conditions listed above are met.
2. Submit your request for return to Admin@mazonkiki.com With "Return Request" in the subject line.
3. Once the return is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Form with an Authorization number (RA#) by email. Print this form and include it in the original product box.


Please note that online returns may take 5-10 business days to process into your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. You will receive an email notification from MAZONKIKI Customer Care when your refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. During high peak sale periods, returns may take up to 10 business days to process from the date of receipt.

Faulty Returns
Faulty returns are assessed at the sole discretion of MAZONKIKI and must meet the following criteria:
- Minor faults: We may opt to repair the product.
- Major faults: You may choose to receive a replacement product or a refund of the original purchase amount.
- Goods are returned within one month of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase is provided (transactional receipt or invoice).
- Items will be refunded if they are considered faulty, have a manufacturing fault, or vary significantly from the MAZONKIKI description and/or images. For online purchases, if the item delivered does not match the item ordered.

MAZONKIKI will not offer return or repair for items damaged due to wear or incorrect care.

Amendment
This Policy may be amended from time to time by MAZONKIKI without prior notice. Your continued purchase from us following any amendments will be deemed acceptance of those amendments. Please review MAZONKIKI’s current Terms before making any purchase, as our agents, employees, and third parties do not have authority to change the Terms.
