We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not right — whether it’s the wrong size, a damaged item, or an order mistake — we’re here to help. We accept returns on all Mazonkiki and Mazonkiki Everyday items for eligible reasons, including fit issues and product defects.

What Can Be Returned

You can return an item if:

The size doesn't fit you

The item is defective or damaged

You received the wrong item

What Can’t Be Returned

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Items returned without original tags or packaging

Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery

Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)

Final Sale Policy

Certain items may be marked as Final Sale — these are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
In those cases, we’ll cover the cost or offer a full refund.

How to Request a Return

Email us at admin@mazonkiki.com within 14 days of delivery

Include your order number and the reason for return

For defective or incorrect items, please attach a photo clearly showing the issue

We’ll reply with return instructions

All returns must be sent to our designated returns address (details will be provided upon approval).

Refunds

Once we receive your item:

We’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
