Where We Ship
We fulfill orders from our Calgary, Canada warehouse, currently shipping to: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and United Arab Emirates.
Shipping Rates & What's Included
Canada ships free (3-5 business days) - no duties apply on domestic orders.
For the United States, your shipping charge - shown at checkout as "Standard Shipping - Duties & Taxes Included" - covers delivery, customs duties and import taxes, so there is nothing further to pay on arrival.
For Australia and New Zealand, shipping is a $20 flat rate, shown at checkout as "Standard Shipping - Duties & Taxes Included", with nothing further to pay on arrival. To keep it that way, orders to Australia and New Zealand are limited to US$550 per order. If you would like more, simply place separate orders.
For Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, shipping is shown at checkout as "Standard Shipping - Import Duties & Taxes Payable on Delivery". Any import duties or taxes charged by your country (such as GST or VAT), together with any courier clearance fee, are payable by you to the courier on delivery.
On top of that, we absorb a significant part of the true shipping cost ourselves on international orders. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout, and your exact rate is shown before you pay:
United States: from $15, scaling with order value
Australia and New Zealand: $20 flat rate (orders up to US$550)
Singapore: $16 flat rate
United Arab Emirates: $24 flat rate
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed in less than 2 business days. Delivery estimates for your destination are provided at checkout.
If your order includes items from multiple collections, you may receive them in separate shipments - always tracked and thoughtfully packed.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, follow these steps: 1. Ensure all  return eligibility conditions listed in the returns policy are met.. 2. Submit your request for return to Admin@mazonkiki.com With "Return Request" in the subject line. 3. Once the return is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Form with an Authorization number (RA#) by email. Print this form and include it in the original product box.
Shipping for Returns:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrectly processed by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned or exchanged item.
Receipt and Processing of Returns:
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your return will be processed, and a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
