We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand
If your order includes both Mazonkiki Elite and Mazonkiki Everyday items, you may receive them in separate shipments — always tracked and thoughtfully packed.
Intitating a Return:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. Ensure all return eligibility conditions listed in the returns policy are met..
2. Submit your request for return to Admin@mazonkiki.com With "Return Request" in the subject line.
3. Once the return is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Form with an Authorization number (RA#) by email. Print this form and include it in the original product box.
Shipping for Returns:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrectly processed by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned or exchanged item.
Receipt and Processing of Returns:
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send
you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your return will be processed, and a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
