Returns & Refunds

At Mazonkiki we take great care in the quality of every piece we send. Each item is handcrafted in small batches and personally inspected before dispatch. If something is not right with your order we want to hear from you.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return please email us at admin@mazonkiki.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The item or items you wish to return
  • The reason for your return
  • A photograph if the item is damaged or defective

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. We are unable to accept unsolicited returns.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item does not fit
  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered
  • Items returned without original tags and packaging
  • Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items marked as Final Sale on the product page
  • Returns sent without prior approval

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. In cases of defective or incorrect items we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a full refund at our discretion.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item is approved for return due to a defect or error on our part we will refund the full order value including any shipping charges paid.

Exchanges

We are happy to discuss an exchange for a different size or colour where stock is available. Please mention this in your return request email and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as Final Sale on the product page. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
