Shipping Policy

Mazonkiki currently ships from Canada to customers in Canada and the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside Canada and the United States. Additional international shipping destinations may be added in the future.

Shipping Rates

Mazonkiki offers the following shipping rates for orders shipped to Canada and the United States:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 USD
  • $10 USD flat-rate shipping on orders under $100 USD

The order value is based on the sale price of the items in your cart before any applicable taxes, duties, import charges, or additional fees.

Order Processing Times

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be longer during busy periods, product launches, promotions, holidays, warehouse transitions, or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, and shipping service used.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, labour disruptions, incorrect addresses, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping to Canada

Orders shipped within Canada may be delivered using Canada Post, courier services, or other available shipping partners.

Applicable Canadian taxes may be charged at checkout where required.

Shipping to the United States

Orders shipped to the United States may be delivered using Canadian or U.S. shipping partners.

U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees, or other government charges unless these are clearly included or collected at checkout.

Mazonkiki is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or import inspections.

Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

For orders shipped outside Canada, including orders shipped to the United States, customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Mazonkiki is not responsible for customs delays, refused packages, or additional charges applied by customs authorities, carriers, or government agencies.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Mazonkiki is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or tracking shows an issue, please contact us at:

We will do our best to help review the situation with the carrier.

If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbours, your building, mailroom, or local delivery office before contacting us.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change or cancel it, especially if it has already entered processing or shipping.
