Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Mazonkiki purchase. If something is not right — whether the size does not work, the item arrives damaged, or there has been an order mistake — we are here to help.
Mazonkiki accepts eligible returns on Mazonkiki and Mazonkiki Everyday items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
What Can Be Returned
You may request a return if:
- The item does not fit
- You changed your mind
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
What Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, stained, scented, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery
- Items marked Final Sale
- Items sent back without prior return approval
Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Mazonkiki reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the item does not meet these conditions.
Final Sale Items
Items clearly marked as Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and product photos carefully before purchasing Final Sale items.
Return Approval Required
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
To request a return, please email us at:
within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if the item is eligible.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including size or fit issues, preference reasons, and change-of-mind returns.
Mazonkiki will cover return shipping only if the return is due to an error on our part, including:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- There was another fulfillment mistake with your order
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Mazonkiki error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item.
Where to Send Returns
Approved returns will be sent to our Canadian returns location.
The correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Please do not send items to any previous international address. Returns sent to the wrong address, or sent without approval, may not be processed or refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
International Orders & Currency
Refunds are issued in the original payment currency.
Mazonkiki is not responsible for exchange rate differences, bank fees, credit card fees, or payment provider charges that may occur between the time of purchase and refund.
