We fulfill orders from our Calgary, Canada warehouse, currently shipping to: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and United Arab Emirates. Most destinations ship via Stallion Express; U.S. orders currently ship via Canada Post, with Zonos calculating and collecting duties and taxes.
Canada ships free (3-5 business days) - no duties apply on domestic orders.
For United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and United Arab Emirates, we use Shopify's Landed Cost system. Your shipping charge - shown at checkout as "Standard Shipping - Duties & Taxes Included" - already covers shipping, import duties, and taxes required to get your order to your door, so there is nothing further to pay to customs or the courier on delivery.
On top of that, we subsidize approximately 50% of the true combined shipping-and-duty cost ourselves on these international orders, so you're only covering roughly half of what it actually costs us to ship and clear your order through customs. If your order includes items from multiple collections, you may receive them in separate shipments - always tracked and thoughtfully packed.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. Ensure all return eligibility conditions listed in the returns policy are met..
2. Submit your request for return to Admin@mazonkiki.com With "Return Request" in the subject line.
3. Once the return is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Form with an Authorization number (RA#) by email. Print this form and include it in the original product box.
Shipping for Returns:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrectly processed by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned or exchanged item.
Receipt and Processing of Returns:
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send
you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your return will be processed, and a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
