Hair as Art
Before Mazonkiki, there was the salon — and before that, the competition stage. Kiki's career in avant-garde hairstyling produced work that blurred the boundary between hair and sculpture, between beauty and art.
Her competition pieces — flowers constructed entirely from human hair, architectural forms that defied expectation — earned her recognition at the highest level of her field. She competed once and won. That discipline, that obsessive attention to what a material can become, lives in every piece she designs today.
The Stage
Before Canada, before Mazonkiki, there was Moscow. Kiki spent years in the city's show business world — performing, choreographing, moving through a world where appearance, movement and presentation were not aesthetic choices but professional demands.
That time shaped how she understands clothing. Not as something you put on, but as something you inhabit. A garment that does not move beautifully fails — because she has spent years understanding how bodies move.

Kiki's Music
A studio recording from Kiki's musical career is being restored and will be available to listen to here. Music — like everything Kiki creates — is made with the whole self.
Placeholder — Kiki's words about what connects all her creative disciplines. The single thread running through hair, music, photography, choreography and fashion.

Wearable Art
The Wearable Art collection is the most direct expression of Kiki's creative world. Her own photography — images she has taken — printed onto 100% satin silk and produced in strictly limited editions.
Each scarf is a numbered artwork. When the edition is complete, that image is retired. The silk becomes the canvas. The woman wearing it becomes part of the art.
