Yes. Every bag is shaped, stitched and finished by hand by a single artisan or small team in Hoi An. There is no factory production involved. Because of this, small variations between pieces are natural and expected — they are a mark of the handmade process, not a defect.
Mazonkiki leather goods are made from genuine full-grain or top-grain leather, depending on the piece. Specific leather types are noted on individual product pages. The leather is sourced to balance quality, durability and a natural aesthetic that develops character with age and use.
Keep leather away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Condition regularly with a quality leather conditioner to maintain suppleness. Store in a dust bag when not in use. If the leather gets wet, allow it to dry naturally away from heat sources. Genuine leather develops a natural patina over time — this is a sign of quality, not wear.
Yes. Because each piece is handmade in small batches by independent artisans, quantities are inherently limited. When a design sells out it may not be restocked — or if restocked, there may be a wait. We recommend purchasing when you see a piece you love.
