For United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and United Arab Emirates, we use Shopify's Landed Cost system. Your shipping charge - shown at checkout as "Standard Shipping - Duties & Taxes Included" - already covers shipping, import duties, and taxes required to get your order to your door, so there is nothing further to pay to customs or the courier on delivery.
On top of that, we subsidize approximately 50% of the true combined shipping-and-duty cost ourselves on these international orders, so you're only covering roughly half of what it actually costs us to ship and clear your order through customs. Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, follow these steps: 1. Ensure all return eligibility conditions listed in the returns policy are met.. 2. Once the return is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Form with an Authorization number (RA#) by email. Print this form and include it in the original product box.
Shipping for Returns:
